Standard SLK - Ratio of female to male owners?

Mrs Bonzo continually refers to a couple of gay friends of ours as to how well dressed they are and how it woudln't hurt me to at least attempt to be as well dressed as they are.
Today I am wearing her idea of what is smart. It's just easier to give in sometimes. Strange thing is all the women like it.
So now into my deep voice, fart, burp and jump in my AC Cobra, which, strangely enough, makes the same sort of sounds.

LOL....:D :D

Now either Mrs Bonzo might get more than she bargained for by you becoming the Pied Piper..;) , or she's trying to palm you off....

But being for once at the receiving end of stereotypes and prejudice will do all you str8 lot good :D.

I am stereotyped every day in my house:eek: Living with three women, two of whom are teenagers growing in the mould of their mother, makes for a lot of 'fun' at my expense I can assure you. Even the cats a female.

I firmly believe now that I am entitled to a disabled badge because clearly I am genetically challenged. I'm a man!

(Wife has an MSc in feminism. I joke not:( )

I don't know any hairdressers with SLK's. My hairdresser has an old Honda Civic.

I (yes I know, middle age crisis) had an MGF for two and a half years so had the 'Hairdresser' taunt thrown at me often. However, I usually left them eating my dust. Great fun to drive, just a pity that FHGF (fear of head gasket failure) made me get rid of the car when it was three years old. I would have had an SLK but for the mistaken impression it would cost me a fortune to maintain. How stupid can you be!

SLK55 AMG is a lovely vehicle.

Sadly I can't fit in the damn thing due to being too big.

So that means I'm saving for an SL.

I can't fit into an S2000, the 360 doesn't have adjustable seats so thats out of the window, I refuse to buy a BMW, Saab = plastic, Peugeot = nuff said...

Let me say, I love my wife and daughter but Alfie, I'm with you.

SL's are not the easiest car to get out of, yes you could raise the car but not practical. I have to reverse down my steep drive and get out on the slope, and this forces me back into the short B pillar and window.

They are so nice that once you are in, you do not want to get out, so not a big problem

I still raise my R129 by mistake sometimes .. the rocker switch is next to the knob for the lights, and easy to catch.

Sadly was actual HGF that caused me to get rid of mine after it cost me a fortune to get fixed - fortunately I then got Edna :D

BUt I loved the MGF too - was terrific fun to drive

Another "female" car is the KA with the removeable roof. Simply awful car. About as much style as a pre war milk float. And they were pulled by horses.

The Sport KA/Street KA you mean...

They tend to be driven by women who sit in the middle lane...

Hah a girl I know has just put her car (mini) into the garage as she ran into a traffic island... reason...? she was on her phone, spotted her lippy needed touching up and 'only took her hands off the wheel for a second'...

New front bumper required and tracking needs fixing...
