I took one for a spin, and vacuumed two of them - the first time I have vacuumed a car in almost 20 years, and I did two in quick succession! Strangely I really enjoyed it!

I’ve even left the same two cars out on the drive as I plan to wash them tomorrow! There’s time for this new found enthusiasm for cleaning cars to fade though!

Summer wheels back on the CLK and did a quick pads out and re grease on the rear calipers when the car was up in the air .

Removed the Tracker fitted on my SL when new in 2004. It was never used after 2005

BTW it was poorly installed and any car thief could have found it in seconds.
I also discovered reason for the inoperative boot light. There was no bulb fitted. !

Fitted my "Avantgarde" grille this morning. Couldn't find an aftermarket one that didn't come from Taiwan or China, so I modified a W210 one to fit.

Much better.

Nipped into the garage to check if it was still there. Assume that's it under the cover. Road tax from tomorrow after being Sorn'd over the non winter. Could have been driving it, no snow, no ice, hardly rained. Now its time to wake up, its freezing here, snow blowing through. Canna win
