What Have You Done To Your Merc Today?

I don't believe they sell them in Halfords, havent seen them but they do have a large collection of scents? But save your journey, just order from ebay, delivered to your door by postman within a few days 🙂

Do they make the postman's sack smell nice?? 😇

Ours got pushed firmly aside (by me 😊) whilst I Valeted Mrs Ant Jnrs Mini BECAUSE SHES HOME THIS WEEKEND! 🥳🕺🥰
Wonderful news! Celebrating in the traditional Friday way?

Hi , re seat belt , have looked in various locations but cannot find any guidance.

When I switch on the ignition a message comes up saying front passenger seat belt immobilised due to child seat !

Never has a child seat to how do I switch on the seat belt ?

Would appreciate any replies.

Took one out and have been driving it all day, albeit with a few stops along the way. It’s a new addition and so a full day of driving has helped me to get a good feel for driving it on a wide variety of roads.

What started out as beautiful blue skies and sunshine turned to dull skies and spitting rain, before turning into Armageddon with black skies two hours early and heavy driving rain with standing water.

Along the way there was plenty of each type of British driving road from narrow country lanes, bumpy B roads, fast sweeping A roads, dual carriageways and a howler of a traffic jam covering 200m in 90 minutes.

The day finished with a trip to the supermarket and squeezing a week of food shopping for 4.5 adults into what I thought was a reasonably small boot. It was good to put it to the test and it passed with flying colours.

Four seasons in one day and every type of driving road has accelerated bonding with the car, and I like it a lot.

Fitted new wiper blades and an AMG fuel filler flap to the latest addition this morning. The old blades looked fine and the symbol hadn’t appeared, but it’s a brand new screen so it made it an even easier decision to replace them.

Just as well I did though as it started raining within half and hour and hasn’t stopped since.

Took one into storage, collected a winter one from storage. Truly awful weather here, with heavy rain and lots of standing water, so having winter car was a bonus. Squeezed in a tip run in it too.

Fitted a fleabay third brake light, it works ok but I'm not happy with the way it sits or even seals, the supplied rubber gasket is more like a piece of rubber thread.16962496716146783033734269477658.jpg

I knew this would be a CLK even before the pictures had loaded

I did exactly the same and it was rubbish. I binned it, complained to eBay, got my money back and ordered one off Autodoc as the MB ones are unobtainium.

This one fits perfectly https://www.autodoc.co.uk/van-wezel/9500060
