Sorry about being late in updating to this thread, but as I'm sure a few of you are aware my car was involved in an incident last Saturday and as such will be in the bodyshop as of Friday.

I was holding off to see if my friend David was still able to make it so we could come in his Skoda estate, but he's also busy I'm afraid.

I am wondering if I will have time for Brecky at The Ardsley House Hotel or whether I will need to haul ass to meet up with you..

I will be leaving home Friday night at around 6.45.. It takes just under 2 hours for me to get to the Hotel, so unfortunately that mat be too late for me to meet you for food.. ??

As far as I know, we meet at The Yorkshire Bridge Hotel/Pub at 0830.
I am sure that someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Ian- We would be tempted to join you for your road trip but we did pretty much the same route to Whitby a few weeks ago. Blakey Ridge was fun (youtube-z4s-blakey-ridge) I enjoyed it, probably worth the diversion. Anyway Steve/Brian I only live ten miles from the Ladybower Inn, I am very tempted to pop down there for a pint Friday, just to say hello.

Steve, we will probably arrive at Ladybower mid afternoon and intend to have a run up along Derwent and Howden reservoirs to take a few pics.
Don't know how this fits with your timetable. I've got your mobile number so may give you a quick buzz in the afternoon to see where you are.
