Picked up car after its charging cable repairs. Apparently there was a mod to the components but not clear on the detail. Ran fine on the way home, quicker than the courtesy car , and seems to have charged OK

Mine goes in next Wednesday. I hope my dealer is up to speed with the solution and have the parts in stock. I don't plan on losing mine for any longer than necessary and if they can't fix it that day I want it back till they get the parts.

Great to here you've got your car back, I'm still waiting. Interesting to hear that there has been a mod, I wonder how many vehicles this affects.

Mine has been at the dealers 4 weeks and I was told it would be early April before the parts arrive. Had a call yesterday at 5pm and the bits have arrived and are fitted.

They have charged it up and leaving it overnight, then a test drive and further checks before a re-charge and hopefully picking it up this afternoon.

Nice to see the spares are well ahead of the anticipated delivery date.

Maybe a bit of sport + tonight to celebrate

Glad to hear you've got your car back and design flaw sounds like it's been addressed.

Mine was built early Feb and picking up tomorrow. I wonder when/if the revised parts are being fitted to the production line cars

My socket looked outwardly the same. Must be a change to the innards, maybe some better cable sheathing!

Sorry if I'm telling you what you may already know, but it only appears once on the main mileage screen. It's very small on the lower right side of this window in the light grey (not the very bottom black area of the screen) and easily missed.

Weather was a bit warmer today, I jumped in the car this afternoon which had started pre-cooling!! It wasn't quite fully charged and showing 12 miles. I actually managed to drive 12 miles on pure electric

Wohoooo, kid at Christmas moment. New car delivery next Friday!
Just have to survive a week!! (Ordered in July, so... kinda used to the wait!)

Interesting to read that the dealer installed the new wiring and booster before handing you the car. Did they do this without prompting or did you check with them to get it done??

The car failed its PDI so they had to order the parts before delivery. It arrived with them 29th Jan and was supposed to be delivered 10th Feb so was delayed slightly.

Worth the wait, it is very smooth and fast. I charged it when it arrived and got 17miles home on electric.

I went for Prem + with grey leather and wood dash which is a nice combo.

Did a long run in my repaired car. Definitely no temp gauge on the mileage screen. I also noticed that the E driving mode seemed more keen to regenerate on the motorway. Cruising at 77 and it was almost constantly harvesting and managed to get up to 70% battery!

This is lots more than I've ever got to before. My mpg was lower too 1-2mpg, so double checked i was still in hybrid rather than charge. They did change the control unit, maybe the software has been adjusted?

Now the proud owner of this lovely C350e.

Have to say ... very nice and smooth. 360 camera going to take some getting used to, but the HUD is awesome.

Did make the dealer take note I was not happy with a scratch on one rear door and the leather on one rear side panel does looked pulled tight ... wait to see how they are going to address these issues

Still waiting to hear what is happening with mine. At least I can keep an eye on it within the dealership, and know that it is still in the workshop!

Also, is the person with the new 16 plate 350e estate from Borehamwood area on here. I passed you yesterday, and the car looks stunning.

Mine's not connected yet either, but I've set it up in the menu the car was certainly clear of frost this morning when the wife took took it - not sure how warm the inside actually was though
