Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

Stunning mate stunning. You like me may wish your family kept these as heirlooms. My grandad had an Original Ferrari 246GT Dino up until 1985ish..... He traded it in for a brand new Range Rover and a 308GT4 dino.. He thought he was getting a great deal. No!! Let's say one set is now worth circa £100k in good condition the other 8-10 times that!!! Not a good deal!!!

My grandfathers XK 150 was absolutely immaculate - you weren't allowed to touch the door handles with your bare hands, and you had to clap your feet together (to knock off any dust/dirt) before swinging your legs into the car  He used to clean the spokes on the wheels every time it went back into the garage. Having said that he was a very fast driver and going out in the 150 was always an experience!

IIRC he sold it for £5000 in the mid-70s, which was a fair bit of money at the time. Yes I wish he'd hung onto it :D

And another, i also saw a Vauxhall Viva estate on a lowloader in great condition but i was driving at the time.. grrrr

The father of the young man that bought my car last night has: a pagoda 280 SL, a CLK DTM AMG & Honda NSX...impressed I am.

Why Reg ?

(Maybe because there are supposedly only 26 left on the road):

A couple for Charles Morgan, spotted recently at Norton Park hotel. The 411 was immaculate, the 403 a little more "lived-in" but still very tidy.
