Could I ask thos of you who are now NOT going to attend the Gaydon GTG to amend the list of attendees on the relevant post so I can see where we are with numbers.

I need to keep Jaguar and Aston Martin informed as Ive said we would get about 25 - 30 MB cars there and it looks unlikely at this time; also I will keep Gaydon up to date

Just hoping this does not dilute attendance at Gaydon - I too have a 2 hour journey, but nothing compared to the Scots guys.

No, just lets make sure the gaydon meet and this one do not clash. We have a good list of names, although the drop out rate nearer the time will rise. (over half dropped out the scottish GTG)

Olly did mention at the planning stage he wanted a southern meet xmas meet at his-looks like thats happening - to my mind (as a scotsman) gaydon is pretty far south anyway, but portsmouth is a wee bit to far for me (especially winter driving) so I in all liklihood wouldn't go to it. Also 2 trips within 14days down to the south will add up ££ wise (for me). However in the summer I'd happily go to a really far south GTG.

All I hope is that this GTG doesn't take away folk from the Gaydon one due to timing as most won't be able to do 2 GTG's in as many weeks.

Well, it looks like the majority of the people seem to be Ok with the 30th. November, obviously ultimately it's Ollys' decision, but can we get a consensus on the 30th. then and get the ball rolling on numbers etc? (as per below).
