Busy at Morrisons was it.!

??????????????????????

You’re getting warmer, indeed it does have Porsche badges on the nose and wheel centres.
Hmm curious. It looks like it’s fibreglass so maybe a Porsche engined special? I can’t work out if it’s front engined, or rear engined and made to look front engined. Latter would seem more likely if it is Porsche powered. Pretty front end though. I caught a couple of oddities at the recent Brands Historic meet, I’ll post them up.

Anyone want to have a guess what this bad boy is?

The wheels look very much like the factory ones on a Porsche 356. A rebodied 356 perhaps? Bodywork not unlike a Cisitalia 202 which were designed by Pininfarina or VIgnale. Cisitalia also had racing links to Porsche in the late 40's. Beautiful car. Rolling sculpture.

Could it be a Karmann body (if they ever did Porsche)?

Arcane, I know, but anyone know what it is?

Specifically, beyond the basic "rear engined sports car from Stuttgart)

Seasucker? Or something else? (Always useful to know)

(I was more bemused by the six figure "restomod" than the bed frame bolted the 911's roof.)

Some great suggestion, with @ChipChop being closest. There seems to be very little information online about it, however it’s definitely a revisited Porsche 356 and it seems most likely that the body is a LaDawri Sicilian.

The central aisle at Lidl has a universal and undeniable attraction, especially to the male of the special. Even the drivers of multi-million pound cars have a basic instinct and compulsive need to buy things they never knew they needed, and then use them once, if at all. 😁
