Wowzers, that is stunning. Some nice Alfas at our Surrey section lunch yesterday. Super Silver Sud parked next to my GTV and George’s Ocra Giulia Quad. That colour when the sun caught it was mind blowing. I’m sure it’s a love/hate colour but regardless it was spectacular!

Andorra. A council estate with snow!!Years ago a good friend of mine got fed up of loosing money on cars and pedalling a Bently around Andorra where he'd recently moved to, swopped the Bentley for an Alfa - I thought it was a GTVP but have never found anything about that particular model. Had to travel in the rear "seat" from Andorra to Barcelona airport, which was not comfortable, but travelled back in the front passenger seat with his wife driving - which was fine - and later got to drive it a few times myself. Lovely, very engaging drive, especially around the twisty Andorran roads. Went like the proverbial off a shovel!!
Alfetta GT or GTV6? That’s the predecessor of mine. Lovely cars. A buddy of mine had one in the late 90’s but I’m sure it was a 2 litre though.
That looks exactly how I remember Peter's car, pretty sure it was the GTV V6 'cos it went like stink and sounded epic!
Three years ago Harry borrowed one from a "farming friend up the road"
Pretty pedestrian performance - my SAAB 900T 16v would have walked all over it.
Andorra. A council estate with snow!!
We were in Pas in 2005 and there was so much snow they were taking it away in grab lorry’s!!
I didn’t find it that much cheaper tbh. Looking forward to the photos though. We're going there with (sshhh) the SW France Jaguar Club in early October. Here's the XKR being fettled by Tom Lenthall 5 years ago'
I'm told we won't need snow chains in early October! Apparently the shopping is quite cheap compared to France.

I've been chasing around to prove you wrong! Any number of spurious statistics out there But THIS is nearer the mark. I've never driven an Alfa and probably you've never driven a SAAB. Anyhoo, mine was a red box APC which knocked out 185bhp. But it was the top gear 20mph increments from 40 - 100 which set it apart. It could see off any 3 litre of your choice.I’m not so sure:

Ha ha! They’re both great cars. I came close to getting a 900 Turbo back in the day. They always seemed to be in black! I do like Saabs.I've been chasing around to prove you wrong! It was also a full four-seater with a six-foot-long loading bay with the rear seats down.
