Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

Not sure about interesting but it sure was ugly! Ioniq6! I was behind one last night and it's hideous......

Today I saw Chris Evans in one of his Ferraris. Not sure what model Ferrari it was but it was a very old model and in a beautiful green colour

This one???.....he does like a Fezzer....Back in 2009, Evans famously spent £5.5 million on a Ferrari 250 California SWB once owned by Hollywood hard man and Magnificent Seven star James Coburn –

And that's not even the half of it. Evans owns ten more, including a 1961 TR61, a 1961 250 SWB California Spyder, a 1963 250 GT SWB, a 1965 275 GTS Spyder, a 1985 288 GTO, a 1990 F40 and a 2011 SA Aperta.

There's also a 246 Dino, a 250 GT Lusso and a 275 GTB quad cam in there, too.

It looked very similar to this one but it was a convertible. I'm not sure what model at was.

I saw the black one being driven through Regents Park a couple of years ago. Evans wasn’t driving and my word it’s a stunning car.

But is he really happy?

Saw an immaculate ( I mean beyond factory fresh) '97(?) W140 CL600 yesterday. Had a *** 1 plate but shot off before I could get a snap. Must be prayed over and cash lavished on it. I don't think I've ever seen another.

Not that unusual....but today I saw a second 212 in a many months that was PFL like mine but with FL rear doors to make it look newer. Black this time.... must be a thing at the moment....I wonder if anyone goes the other way......old doors on an FL model?? Personally I prefer the right doors on the right model!!!

So what have you got against left doors? 😎

Spotted the other day near me. If this is a genuine barn find (as claimed – but then again they always are, aren’t they?), it was an extremely dry barn. I had a good look underneath and it looked incredibly solid and clean (and, I think, coated in something to protect it). It needs recommissioning according to the vendor, as it hasn't been on the road for 10 years.

Whether of course it counts as interesting is a moot point. My uncle had the estate version many years ago which I’m pretty sure had three rows of forward-facing seats iirc. That was definitely interesting in that it was terrifyingly slow when fully loaded!

By way of contrast, shortly after I took these pics I saw a brand new lurid orange Lamborghini Revuelto - looked like it had come from another planet.
