Why MB service/quality/customer service is so poor?

I agree good dealers are few and far between, can't find a good prestige one around here, hence why I will buy my next car in Germany.

When in the UK though it will never see a dealer as the experience is truly appalling, people don't realize you don't have to use the dealer unless it's MB and you want Mobilo :dk:
