Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

As I would be 🤣
Claridges is another on my bucket list of things I’ve never been able to afford thinking about it. 😆
They’re having over 150 new rooms built as well as 5 newly dug basements and a penthouse.

The penthouse is costing £44 million to build and will be £100,000 a night.

Depressing that the penthouse will still be just out of reach 🤣🤣

I thought for a moment you said "drug basements" - how the other half live!

Times is 'ard.

There's a recession on.

.

No photo I'm afraid but saw a db11 parked at the side of the road with damage down one side with gaffer tape seemingly holding the rear arch on.

Sad to see but strangely enjoyable !

Its a CAN-AM Spyder RT. They are 1330CC....so it should nip along OK. Three wheeled bikes???? WHY???. All the inconvenience of a bike (cold, wet, gear to wear and stash on hot days) combined with all the bad points of a car (gets stuck in traffic jams, need to find a parking space, cant nip down between the lines of traffic). Never understood the desire or market for one.

I’ve no idea. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Can-am, but fwiw I have no idea,,,,,,, -why !

This ^^, totally.

I don't understand the attraction of those stoopid quads either, on the same grounds (unless, like my neighbour you use them for sheep farming)

Because some bikers who had their legs smashed in an accident, had their legs blown of by an IED, lost limbs to illness (eg diabetes) can no longer physically manage a two-wheeler but still want the riding position of a bike. In short, the same reasons other trikes exist.

Ill find out if the rider of the Can Am fits any of those categories.

Most trike builders/riders that I see at bike shows have no such issues....they just want to be different....or get around the helmet laws...Which is fine I guess. Certainly not for me though.

Oooof.
Or colloquially spoken as “I seriously need that vehicle’’
It’s a thing of beauty.
It’s the second one I’ve seen in London but the first RHD example. Must be worth £500,000 at least.
