Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

A friend of mine who has never ridden a motorbike in his life has a few. He bought one from a friend who needed to liquidate some assets and ended up putting it in the house as an ornament. He now has a few dotted around the house! It requires a very large and minimalist style to look right though.
My son has recently reached his idea of utopia with a newly refurbished apartment above his workshop which contains over a dozen of his road and race bikes past and present....

I would love to build a house with a glass “tube” running from left to right, with glass walls on either side, a reinforced glass floor above, and great big doors at either end so I can park a few interesting cars in there. Something like this would be perfect 👌🏻

I might have a slightly more modern Jaguar with a higher vantage point in mine...maybe something like this?IMG_0037.JPG

This morning Ive seen like 2 Urus, RR and alot Maserati on the road. We have alot of supercars here in Limassol.

Nope....imported Feb 2015.
Was a 2.8 (ish)straight six originally. 169 ci if you prefer! I can se why he fitted the V8....won't have been much fun with the factory 85 horses!!
In my younger days I ran around in American cars, lift the lid to check to check V8 or 6 cylinder, nearly all 6s, no clue to size of motor.
Lots of low down torque, not much gear changing. much better to drive than most British cars at the time, late 1950s early 1960s

Are the vehicles Cypriot registered or driven over from Russia and Ukraine?
I believe most of them are CY registered. There are some exceptions you can identify (left hand drive) cars, then you know they are imported from their country of origin.

Nonetheless, we have a-lot of imported cars from UK (not so much lately due to additional taxes of Brexit).

seen in Angouleme last weekend , not a manufacturer I had heard of before.. I know what it is (now) but does anyone else?

No , it is French though
At least I had a try, it's been niggling me.
I'm guessing it's going to be something obscure, possibly some bespoke "Deco" era factory that never reopened after the WW2 occupation.?
There's going to be some really smart person on here who will know.
It's not some special Amilcar is it.?

I was on the right lines with Delahay (according to Wiki).
I don't recall ever knowing of Georges Irat, a pioneer of electric powered cars apparently.
Thanks Paul.
