Saw one of these at Chiswick Roundabout on my way home from work.
My dad briefly had a silver one in 1978.

I like it.

They were great cars. Quite fast, well equipped, comfy and pillarless with frameless doors.

Seen a couple of interesting cars on our Tour de Scotland. Ultima GTR today and an old Alpina. Most people were taking photos of that fancy building behind the Alpina (in Edinburgh). I seemed to be the only one focussed on the car!View attachment 155823

If I remember right it’s a word used by Aboriginal Australians to describe thunder (or similar).

I forget which generation got which engine but the VXR8 was my generation of HSV and that had an LS2 - all LS engines are incredibly charasmatic

Only rebuilt a few LS engines (prefer gen1 small block), last one ended with throttle body fuel injection and looked amazing.

I like the chunky Tonka Toy look of the G-Wagen in standard form.
That is just a bit OTT though IMO.
