Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

Nope.....I did look! 3.4 litre though....with a mighty 57 horses!!

Well just off the road actually! Mylo and I found this Mercedes on our dog walk this morning. Straight country lane in the middle of nowhere. The tyre tracks indicate the car has just driven into the ditch. Saturday night is not alright for parking in Norfolk:dk::doh:
Celebrating an MOT pass from just a day earlier? Very odd.

Some years ago we came across this brand new CLA45 that had gone through a hedge in Dorset on a relatively benign stretch of road, but yours takes the biscuit! Could the driver have been on the way to Specsavers perhaps? :D

I thought they maybe had pulled in to let someone coming the other way pass. But wouldn't you pull in on the nearside where there isn't a ditch:dk:
...and anyway the Norfolk village of Ditchingham is a good 15 miles away🤣

Could have been trying to avoid an animal (deer?) and got it hopelessly wrong?

On a related note, there's a section of B-road I used to drive every day on my commute to work that would quite regularly have a car-shaped hole in the hedge on the outside of a pretty benign moderate right-hand bend. Bearing in mind that I could hustle my E63 through it at circa 60mph, I often wondered about a) how could someone get it so wrong and b) what speed they were travelling at when they did get it wrong :dk:

Guy who lives near me had his blue black 190e 2.5-16 evolution 1 outside his house today. Sitting out in the rain poor thing. Stunning car. Wish you could still get them for sub 20 grand!

Do you think that the number of classic cars you manage to spot in the city may be increasing as canny folk start opting for using them as a remedy for ULEZ ?
Hmm… I hope so. Altho, in my area a few have actually disappeared. Two Saabs and an old Cherokee.

But I also just think it’s london and there’s a lot of people with excess cash! I know off the top of my head about 10 classics within a 15 mins walk.

There’s 5 on my street alone!
