Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

Hi,
Not strictly “‘on the road” - but I was in Dubai the other day taking my son to a hospital appointment.
On the way we stopped at some of the amazing Supercar centres along Sheikh Zayed Road.
We saw lots of rare cars - including some Aston Martin Valkries, Mercedes AMG-Ones, Ferrari Purosangues, Ferrari Monza SP1 & SP2s etc. etc.
However - one of the nicest cars that we spotted was this very rare (only 149 built) silver McLaren Elva.

I had a chat with a lovely gentleman today when he returned to his Vette as I was taking pictures of it. After chatting with him, he returned the gesture by pretending he was interested in the new generation of motor and had a look around mine. He was interested in the new value of mine and seemed a little embarrassed when he undervalued it by 50%.

Not really on the road, but sort of. I went along to Supercar Fest at Sywell Aerodrome today and saw lots of tasty motors, some notable cars being:

Koenigsegg Jesko, Koenigsegg Regera, Koenigsegg CCR, several other Koenigsegg models, Pagani Huayra Carbon Edition, Ferrari Testarossa, Ferrari Ratarossa, 2x Ferrari F40, Ferrari F50, Bugatti Veyron Vitesse, 2x Bugatti Chiron, Ferrari F12 TDF, Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Volante.

Three standout cars were an original Aston Martin Vanquish in metallic black, Aston Martin DBX 707 in a stunning Q green colour (maybe the same as current/past F1 colour) and an Aston Martin V12 Vantage V12 Roadster in a deep blue/putple.

This is nothing super special…. just really like the restoration job - two lovely front leather seats and a back seat fold down 3-seater- none of the other caravan tat that’s normally installed!
