Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

Driving home today on the coast road in mid Wales came past The Moody Cow farm shop/caravan site and noticed that there was an unusually large number of cars in the car park . As I got nearer I realised that they were nearly all Morris 1000's and the first half dozen or so were all in that light violet colour which was a stock colour back then. Nearly did a "U eee" but too much traffic behind me.
Just had a look - do a google search for "The Moody Cow Welsh Kitchen and farm shop" there's a facebook video with the cars on it.

Just an F40 LM, closely followed by an Enzo on the A14 this evening. There where a few modern Ferraris too but I didn't recognize them.

I know someone who's converted an old Land Rover fruit picker into a sort of pickup with collapsible sides. He still uses the arm winch that was originally for lifting the fruit baskets on.

Alfa Romeo 6C (similar but not the exact car in the photo) on the A32 Droxford to Hambledon road crossroads (mid hampshire) with 2 mechanic's with smiles on their faces. Bit of a hotspot for fancy cars as there's a few storage and restoration shops in the area.

I'm not sure it this has been done before - but I thought it may be fun to do again, even if it's a resurrect.

Similar to Scott's scrapyard thread, but with the cars/bikes not quite so dead.

The only rule being that it must be something that you've seen on the road or out and about, and not from car shows/events, or photos from the internet.

Anything goes, as long as it floats your boat.

Here's my starter to ten, seen just down the road the other night.

1973 MGB GT, a proper chrome bumper model:
I saw an MG Maestro out on the road today very much like this one in the photo only tattier! Interesting, I thought, considering I have no idea when I last saw one driving or when I will see one again …

That'll be a collection of Morris Minor Millions from 1960.

They made 350. All in lilac. Broadly worth about £30k a pop now. Bargain.

We use King Lifting on some of our jobs to get rolls of lead up when the tower cranes have been removed.

I used to use King lifting a lot in the late '90s. At that time it was a good rule of thumb that crane hire cost roughly £1 per tonne of crane capacity per hour. Thus a 25t crane was about £25 per hour, a 150t was about £150 per hour, etc. I wonder what the going rate is now?

It's nice, for sure, but seriously, who leaves a million quid's worth of car on the street in Kensington?

And who does comfortably less than one thousand miles in the thing over its four year life?

Sounds like the actions of an everyday multi millionaire tbh.
