Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

Like it! Love the rope. 😎🙂👍
+1 , that is utterly brilliant... (& just as impractical as it it brilliant :) )

Reminds me of my first car trailer.:
I was at a local scrapyard, getting some parts for my sister's MGB, and there was a Green Mini Pickup that had been in a serious head on with something substantial.
A young and innovative StMarks instantly saw the potential, did a deal with the yard & within a week had a working trailer with suspension and a decent load carrying capacity.
I wonder if I have a picture anywhere,,,,,,

Continuing the Italian theme, this X1/9 recently turned up at a neighbour's house in the village. Always had a soft spot for them but can't remember the last time I saw one. I'm not sure if this one got there under its own steam, as its last MOT ran out 14 years ago, and a cursory once-over sadly suggests it's very unlikely to get another one!

A friend of mine had one for years ... when he put the headlights on at 70-ish you could feel it decelerate as they popped up :D

Glorious XK150.

Very solid condition, just the teensiest bit of chrome pitting, and rigged internally for rallying / time trials

My head teacher had one just like it. I remember one morning she got it stuck in the snow just outside the school gates. A group of us picked it up and carried it up the last few metres into the school car park - it was easier to carry than push. So light.

Oh, and I saw this the other day..:

I followed it for a while, hoping to get a decent pic'. However the only opportunity I had was when we were stopped at some roadworks (hence the view). It then shot off in a different direction.
The colour scheme was "striking", never been a fan of purple myself. Having said that, it kinda suited the Stag.

My friend had an 1100 one - it revved to 9k. Not quick but so much fun it didn't need to be.
