There's an absolutely immaculate Slough-built Traction Avant complete with period caravan that I saw over at Bicester Heritage a couple of times at the Fly-Wheel events, pre-Covid. Incredibly advanced for their time.

Always loved the Maigret Citroen. It would make a great base for a hot rod.

Whilst I fully get what you are saying,,,,
If you can afford to own it, then different parameters apply. The cost of insurance will be irrelevantly insignificant, and if you get it wet/dirty then you will have someone detail it for you when you get back. You will probably have it cleaned every time you use it anyway.

Depending upon when it has been restored and who by, who’s selling it, and whether there’s any special provenance then the cost can vary quite significantly.

It looks like it’s in good usable condition from an older restoration, so I’d say £1.2-1.3m with a swing of £200k in either direction depending upon specifics.

Spotted this beast yesterday outside Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi - on the forecourt of ADGM (Abu Dhabi Global Markets).
This location will be a perfect place for the sort of people who are attracted to this model and have the spare cash to buy one!
