Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

Saw this in the supermarket car park today, whilst waiting for Mrs StM who was buying ingredients for tonight's Lamb Tajine.. 🥘

Hope it's "interesting" enough.? (And sorry for my photobombing thumb)

Nice....love that Aston......about the only one in the current range though.....very 80s.

Got to start looking for an old Mini project car....my son wants one as his first car. So we have three years to sort it as he's just turned 14. Thought it will also make an excellent father/son first car project.....we will be going with power steering though....don't want him put off cars for life!! Just got to find one less than 50% rust that does not require a mortgage!!

Always fancied one of these and should’ve bought one when I could. ULEZ has put a stop to that now unfortunately.

It made a lovely growl.

Good luck with the father/son project. I’m looking for one to do with my 18 year old daughter although it won’t be anything too complicated though.

Exactly why we choose an analogue Mini. If you cant fix it with a hammer you've got yourself one of them there electrical problems!

Great idea, and loads out there to choose from. Look forward to seeing what you find. 😎

Followed this on my way to work yesterday....looked great and that barely silenced 6L V8 sounded amazing. But the rear tyres were not only very bald , the canvas was showing on the inside edges and there were bulges .....on the tread. I'll be amazed if he made it home on them. I'm wondering if he got a bit carried away on a burn-out.

I had a mini as my first car and kept it for many years. Before you put your loved ones in one of them, just remember they have absolutely zero in the way of safety features. No side impact protection (the doors are two very thin sheets of metal a few mm apart), no airbags, no abs (on most).

Basically, if you crash you’ll be maimed or dead.

They were so cool, I love them, but ultimately it was sold as it was simply too dangerous. Driving next to someone in a range rover or a modern lorry that can barely see you… terrifying

Yep.....its been particularly bad this week. Lots of people going to the Witterings for the beach.....how have all these people got this time off at the last minute?!! Skivers!

Got to say I don't miss my regular runs to Havant: they always used to get me to the Bognor Road roundabout at about 6pm

I am. It’s ‘Orrible. But then I’m biased…
Hi , I saw another three wheeler today coming out of the factory gates , your description is spot on.

I don't think Morgan actually build the thing , but others may no more than me.
