Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

Followed one of these tonight (ORA Funky Cat) - in the dark. Most odd. The green arrows in the pic point towards the tail lights, one strip under the window, and miles narrower than the width of the car. The others (yellow arrrows) are just reflectors, and presumably reversing and rear fog, certainly not lit at all while I was behind it.

No Rear Windscreen Wiper Apparent, dirty Window so no Lights! :oops:
 
????? There were no wipers on any car tail lights I've seen!!......so dirty car no lights.....bodywork gets just as dirty as windows. But it does seem like bad mistake.......having to clean the rear window by hand before you can reverse safely.......and hatch rear windows get dirtier than saloon ones ....hence why saloons (as least most) dont need rear wipers.

Exceptions to every rule of course!!!!

No indicators at all ???
That may suit the BMW & Audi owners looking for a change, but as a driver who will have to share our roads with those sorts of things I like it even less than the fad for stupid tiny indicators that you can hardly see even if they are used (ala Polo etc,,,)

Nothing new about having the rear lights behind a glass panel!
The i3 has all the rear lights behind glass panel which forms the lower part of the tail gate.IMG_0844.jpeg

But it is such a clever little car that all the rear light functions are transposed to the light clusters below the bumper if the tailgate is open:cool:

My Alfa is the same - you can still see the light though even when the car is filthy. Which is actually very rare!

My point was about how much narrower the lights were than the width of the car,
 
Strangely the owner of the Ferrari finds it necessary to have his phone stuck in the middle of the windscreen!

I wonder what would happen if 100,000 people purchased vehicles over 40 years old to drive in London. I think they’d become non compatible overnight.
 
I've seen reports recently of a surge in sales of classics that are ULEZ exempt in the London area over the past few months! Mind you, I and many others are hopeful that May will see the end of robber Khan as mayor and the Tory lady competitor has said she will immediately cancel the Outer London ULEZ expansion!
