Have You Seen Any Interesting Cars On The Road Lately?

It's not. 🙂
I beg to differ!:) The front end and door handles are definitely 213, as is the dashboard if you flick through their brochure. Also, rear lights, chrome strip, reflectors and exhaust tips are all 213 (facelift). 'Creases' are different too.

Stand corrected. 🙂👍
On their website they mention the 214 but maybe they haven’t got photos yet. I’m curious how much they cost - I read that the additional bodywork is carbon fibre.

Stand corrected. 🙂👍
No worries - I must admit that successive generations of most Mercs are becoming harder to distinguish from the older model, e.g. W222 S-class compared to the current one. On which note, I spotted this in Agadir the other day - a V12 Maybach (badged S680 I think):

Very tasteful..........NOT!
I actually like the two tone. I saw a new S class in two tone last year in France. It was lovely. Not as bling as the Maybach, actually very classy.

Today I saw two Ferrari 296 GTB at petrol pumps, side by side, one black and one red. What I saw a few minutes later puts them in the shade though.

The latest W214 E-Class. Can’t remember seeing one on the road.

That’s not the interesting bit though. It had been converted into a hearse for funerals. But there’s more, it wasn’t even black, it was Selenite Grey! Rarer than a rare thing!
Incredibly I saw a W211 based hearse today, also in grey, but not Selenite.

I realise this isn't as exotic as most of the cars we spot, but I saw this earlier today & just had to stop & take a pic' of it for you lot.
When I returned to my own car, Mrs StM informed me that her father apparently had a creamy-beige coloured one as his last car, and that it was his pride & joy.!

Had one in Navy Blue as a company car in the early 70’s . Bench seat and column change , loved it 😊

I’m not going to be tempted into saying they were recycled old Ford Pubics.

Oh, I did 😬😬

I had a cream/off white 2000E in the early '70s. Had to scrap it due to excessive tinworm and sold off the engine & gearbox (to a van owner) plus diff, half shafts and other stuff to various purchasers. The scrappie then picked up the body for free.

Apart from the tinworm it was a lovely car. 😂

Saw this in Egypt over the xmas period:
