Not sure if its been posted, but the interior looks fairly minimalist, no mass of buttons. Return to circular air vents looks really nice. ipad screen thing still looks like an afterthought though.

New C63 AMG on sale end of 2014

Just read in Auto Express that the new C63 AMG (W205) will be available at end of 2014. It will be powered by a newly developed 4L twin turbo V8, and will give circa 470 BHP, and "substantially" more torque than the current 6.2L V8. It will also use the "floating" satnav screen as seen in the new A class.

This could be amazing.

Agree that it won't have the same aural impact of the M156 but no new C63 was ever going to.

I am really glad that it's not the 5.5 twin turbo as I think the 4.0 V8 will suit the car more.

Nice that AMG have retained a V8 when BMW have moved to a 3.0.

I really like the new interior. A lot have moaned about the centre control touch pad but I actually don't mind it so much. Love the sweeping dashboard - picking the right colour combo is going to be key to do it justice.

Both the W203 and W204 ride terribly in my opinion, but the W202 wasn't bad at all.
I hope this can cure the ride.
